Premier Lockers will endeavour to ship goods to any physical street address in New Zealand.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you give us a business or residential address when placing your order.
Our standard delivery rates and service applies to ground floor locations only. If you require delivery of your goods to an upper level, please contact us for a quote for this service.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-15 business days. For all furniture and storage orders, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
All deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
If your order contains multiple products, the products may be despatched from different locations and may not arrive at the same time. If this is likely to happen we will contact you directly to give you the expected delivery times.
We use several leading couriers that enable us to select the best courier service depending on your product and your location.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us your details and drawings. and we will assess the damage in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7-10 working days. In the event an item is out of stock or requires manufacturing we will notify you with immediate effect.
We don’t anticipate that customers will experience problems with their product, however should the situation arise where product performance is affected by faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the relevant Premier Lockers warranty.
